ASC does not want you to make your payments and does not apply them properly when you do make them. Then they create a "re-payment' plan that schedules payments on weekends. If you pay on the first business day after the due date they restart your plan and assess new fees. If you pay before your due date they hold your check for up to 6 days and cause additional fees so that your check will not clear. If you add up the total amount paid to ASC we do not owe them a dime. Because of their special accounting system they say that we owe them over $5,000.00
Our mortgage was sold to ASC by Quicken Loans. Do not do business with either company!
