I am Power of Attonery for my step father and this company has and is trying to get more money from this man

Now my dads mortage was with equicredit and they sold out to fairbanks and the worse part is we were not informed of the changing of companies till after the fact then they called wanting to know where was their money, the payment had been sent to equicredit.

NOw they have added late charges to the account, they are also saying that there is no insurance on the house which there is, I refuse to to pay charges that there is no grounds for. SO now they threaten my father with forclosurebecause he is broke and no money to pay these charges

We should stand to gether against this kind of fruad. I have made numerous phone calls to clear this all up, only to be threated rudely, and these people are snotty about it every time i am on the phone. I have had enough, HELP PLEASE.
