I paid them 399.00 tohelp me receive gov grant for business havent reieved any help or they dont answerthe phone

This company promised they can help you with applying forgov grants they recieved 399.00 dollars for their fee. They havent done anything but get all my personal information. I was supposed to receive my applications by nov 17 havent recieved anything that they promised from their financial specialist
