Hello Dana,
I have not received a reply from my last email asking for a refund or that the product will be shipped ASAP. I have been very patient and it has been to long with no action. If I don't receive a responds by the end of the week the my refund is in the mail, I will be left with no recourse but to report the website and company to the FDA, FTC and other consumer protection agencies.
