I ordered a pandora bracelet for my daughters 16th birthday present, it was supposed to arrive within 5-10 days, they emailed me on 13th october to say they had dispatched it, i still havent received it. I have emailed them to find out where it is and they havent replied, i have since seen reviews that other havent recieved there goods from as far back as july
