I'm glad to know there are others out there with the same horrible experience and frustration by several incompetent representatives. I have been dealing with eight representatives by the name of dennis, morris, rafael, chad, brandy, dustin, mathew and mr. Martinez who on november 11th said he is not a regular bill collector i was deliquent and unless i could come up with 10,000.00 the sherrif was going to come kick me out of my home they would put a lock on my door and it was going to be sold december 4th. I have been waiting to hear back from numerous people who claim they were trying to help me work out a repayment plan and to this day they have yet to put anything in writing or notify me by mail i was in forclosure. Oh, and did i mention two out of the eight people i have talked with over the past five months no longer work there. So now have to start over with the dispute process to try and save my home before i lose it to these people. Don't be ashamed we need to speak up and let people know the seriousness of the lies and bad bussiness practices that go on for home owners in the world.
