I set up a payment plan, then they told me it was not in effect, then i talked with someone else and they said my payment plan was reinstated so I wired the required payment. Two days later, the wire payment was returned. I called again and they said payment plan was not valid any more. I work at a law firm and now have my attorneys involved as well. Too many people say too many different things. Also, from November 8 through December 19, I was the one who contacted Saxon on seven different occasions to get my past due account resolved. Every time, someone told me something different. Never once did Saxon call me to tell me that 1) my payment plan was reinstated or 2) that my payment plan was broken. They are now saying I owe $4000 to bring my account current and additional attorneys fees. I am in agreement with anyone else. I am willing to join a class action suit against Saxon - they are a vile company with no morals. Trust me, I will not lose my house over these incompetent imbeciles they have working there. I will sue them for fraud and misrepresentation and anything else my attorneys can come up with.
