Gave Security deposit payment of $870. Then they said because of fraud by a previous loan officer they are now required to have credit insurance on all loans by the actual lenders. So after they get the security deposit then they say they need $800 for the credit insurance. Ok, so only having $700 they said they talked with the lender and worked it out and would only charge $700 for the insurance. Gave them the $700 and they said they released the wire, but still have not received anything. Scam, they took the money and no wire ever came.
