Capital First This company called me 08/13/02 and ask for a verbal authorization to hit my credit card. I refused the authorization because I had told the company that they could have my approval on 8/16/02. But, when the called my house at 9:30 pm asking for verbal authorization.
I ask them to cancel the request and that I would not be giving any company authorization to hit my account at 9:30pm. When I awoke the next morning this company had hit my checking account anyway. When I called they refused to refund my money. I chalked it up as a lost. But, when I awoke this morning they had taken 99.95 plus 59.95 from my account.
Stating that they had authorization. When I requested my refund they told me that they couldnt refund my request without my bank statement. I refused to give them anymore information on my bank they refused to listen.
Last person I spoke with was Celeste-203 (dept escalation). She said that unless I sent them a bank statement with this authorization code. They would not send my money back. Being a older woman and because of the fear with this company. I am afraid to give them anymore information.
They currently owe me 29.95 59.95 99.95. I was laid off my job on 08/30/02 and I need my money back. Celeste told me she was a last resort and if i didnt do what she said I wouldnt get my money back. I am afraid to send them my money.
