Unknown this company some gained access through a payday loan company and toook 23.96 from my banking account without my authorization. They refused to refund because they stated it was not in their policy

U clip coupons (a company that i have never heard of or did business with) took $23.96 from my checking account with my knowlege/authorization. They refused to refund my money and would not tell me how they got my personal information.
