1st National Card they sent me a credit card for 6500.00 2nd time around to address i don't live at anymore

Hello i just checked my po box to get my old mail and i got this credit card from 1st national credit card i called the company and it is a recording no one answers the phone. They gave me at 6500 limit i don't want the card i actually shredded the card and everything that came with it. This is the second time they sent me this card.
