On 8/2/02 they claimed another victim to there smooth talking I was told that with this card I could transfer my other cards, use it anywhere that Master Card was welcome and have 0% intrest so that I could pay my debt off sooner.
That this card was here to help me rebuild my credit and that felt they could help me do this that they would give me a $2500. Limit and that $29.95 would help handle the processing and shipping of the packet.
Jamal did not indicate that this was a pay as you go Jamal was a very sweet talking man in his own rights and I fell for that line of he wanted to help us get ourselves back on the right track.
On 9/4 I received this "package" that was sent 3rd class bulk mail and called to let them know that after reading the paper work that it was not something I could handle to which they wanted to try and over talk me into keeping. After I finally convinced here to cancel my package I Thanked Kalie for being undersatanding and hung up.
Today on 9/9 I received my bank statement and guess what happened?! You have it on 8/30 they had deducted the $59.95 and the $99.95 WellI called them back and I spoke to Damon, I asked him about the charges he said 'well since you have had the package since 8/13 your 7 day trail has expired and we billed your account' When I tried to tell him that I didnt get this "package" till 9/4 he called me a liar in so many words. I got mad and he put Keith on the phone.
He swore up and down that the computer says it was mail out 8/9 but yet there is no date on the mailing. So I contacted Big Class Action (I found there site through a search engine) to see if they could help me in this matter since Keith informed me that with out proof they couldnt help even though there computer states they took it from me.
But then again what difference does it make to him he got his money OOOO Wait I mean my money! I Hope Everyone Has A Good Day! Be Safe!
