I received a telephone call from a man named robert and
He said that i could repair my credit by applying for a
Credit card with a 2500.00 limit and that there would be
A one time payment of $221.95 and that would be it. Once
The payment was withdrawn from my bank account that i
Would receive benefit package with credit card. I asked
For their address so that i could mail them a check and
He said that if i wanted to take advantage of the offer
I had to do it then, not thinking and wanting to repair
My credit, i said okay.
On nov 25th they withdrew $221.95 from my account.
After not hearing from them i called on 12/30/02 and
Asked where my card was, they said that it went out on
12/23/02, due to the holidays be patient and give them
Another 7 days, i did, called back on 01/07/03 spoke to
Miss owens (or that was the name she gave) still
Insisting that it went out on the 23 of dec. I waited
Another 7 days then called on 01/13/03 and spoke to a
Miss holly who said that well due to delayed in printing
It didn't go out, i asked why was i lied to and how
Could i get my money back, she said that i would have to
Sign a form, i am still waiting on the card or the form.
But she said that she would make sure that it went out
On the 17th of jan. I called on 01/28/03 still no
Benefit package or card, i told them they had untill the
02/04/03 to get it to me, well the package came, but no
Card, no signature form, nothing from a bank or credit
Card company, so i waited till 02/17/03 and spoke to
Shanna and she said that i would be receiving a fax from
The bank within 48 hrs for a signature form to get
Credit card signature, i am still waiting on that fax.
Now i know after reading these other reports that i
Have been had. This should be against the law.
No one stated that it would be a shared secure card,
Just found that out reading the other reports. They told
Me that it would be a onetime fee of $221.95, not only
That, but after all this, do they think that anyone
Would trust them with more money, not me. I want my
Money back. These people are theifs, and the people that
Works for them help them to cover it up stating that it
Is in the mail.
