I owe $199.00 lifetime membership

I simply received a notice within the email to get a statement. The closed statement is from RMCB Selection Agency for that ammount of $199.00. Based on this I purchased an eternity account in the United States Fishing Membership and not settled. I've never actually gone fishing in my own lifetime, why might I join this. I've attempted period and time again to achieve RMCB Selection Agency @ 1-914-345-7136, their is just a chaotic signal.in my experience this seems like a fraud!!! The handle is 2269 South Sawmill River Road, Creating 3, Elmsford, NY, 10523. Avoid these people!!! Dc
