North american fishing club I paid their 24.95 offer for lifetime membership and havent heard any thing from them since about 4 years ago

I have paid north american fishing magazine thier teaser rate for life time of 24.95 about 4 or 5 years ago haven't heard from them since. Now i get this from rmcb THAT i OWE 222.00. I still get the magazine every month without so much a word of overdue any thing this is so much rip off.
