Ripoff consumer fraud

I received a call saying I am approved for a credit card with $2,000 limit said he need $199.00 from me. I said I don't have it he said I will send you the card anyway. You will get the card first then he gave me a pin number to withdraw the $199.00 from the card, to put in my checking account, but the card never came. On may 16 the card still never came, but he took the $199.00 from my checking account anyway. I call the number but the number was fake.

I got an envolpe full of junk mail, so I sent the envolpe full of junk mail back to sender. The sender is a packaging company that knew nothing about them, and that's how I found you hope this stops with me. Please help I am a mother of five children I can't afford to lose a $199.00.
