I applied on line for a credit card through this company but when it asked for my checking account information, I decided not to go through with it.
I did not submit the application. A few days later in my email, I recieved a message from them that the card is waiting but they needed my checking account information. I did not reply.
A couple of days later, they called my house. My husband talked to them as I was not home at time. He gave them the information thinking that I had authorized them to take the money.
When I got home, he told me about it. I never authorized it. I called them back but only got their answering machine.
I left message as to who I was and that I did not authorize them to take the $199 out of my account. I also left my number and asked for them to call me back.
Well, they took the money anyway and I have not recieved the card as of yet. They took the money on April 25 and I have not received a card or call back from them as of yet. It has been over two weeks now. I am now going through the bank to see if they can get my money back or even get my card.
I have not been as successful as some people to actually talk to someone at the number of 416-488-4664. They are located in Buffalo, NY.
I would like to know who is in charge so that I can send them a letter or call them and tell them what is going on with their company.
