I also made the mistake of using Ameriloan. They are now harrassing me constantly. They call me at work daily. I am constantly being told that if I don't pay them $255 they are going to sue me for thousands. I didn't even borrow that much from them in the first place. I have paid them several hundreds of dollars through unauthorized bank account debits and I even sent them money via Western Union in order to settle this and yet I am still being harrassed. My bank account has been charged off by my bank because not only have they continued to try to debit my account but I believe that they provided my account information to others without my authorization and have had so many unknown entities trying to debit my account.
I do not have any bank accounts now for fear that this will happen again. I am not paying them another dime. My account with them has been settled for many months now. I welcomed them to take me to court the last time that they called me at work, after I have sent them e-mail upon e-mail and fax upon fax advising them not to call my place of work.
They strike me as nothing but loansharks. I'm waiting for the day that they tell me they are sending Guido to break my kneecaps. If anyone files a class action suit I would be happy to be a part of it.
