Homeq Servicing
Homeq I refinaced my home with DecisionOne. HomeQ took over the servicing, Insurance was paid with taxes in escrow, I paid one year in advance. When the insurance came due again my agent called and said it wasn't paid

I contacted Homeq and they said it wasn't covered in escrow. I argued with them, they still didn't pay... So I paid again... But they took out a policy that I didn't realize. My next two morgage payments again I didn't realize was used to pay a 2,000 dollar policy... Even though I had insurance... Now they say I'm 3 months behind and want over 6,000 dollars or they'll foreclose on my house. There not going to get away with this. I've worked 7 days a week 14 hours a day to keep my house... The way I see it they owe ME. Why have they been allowed to do this to so many people... Of course now I can't get another morgage because they've repoted 3 months behind and pre foreclosure. Someone has to do something. Please
