This madness must be stopped! I took a $200 loan from them, I understood that the fee was $60 for that loan. No problem. They took the $60 when they should have, then they started hitting my account twice, for odd amounts of money. I show in the past months hundreds of dollars between what they have gotten, and my bank fees at not the $25 for one but $50 for the two that they hit my account with. This has been hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
I sent an email to them, I got a call from a rep with Ameriloan, I have this in the body of a message on my phone, that they would stop attempts on my bank account, however, last week two more hits on my account...$50 more dollars down the drain.
So I email back and remind them that I have a message on my machine that states that they would not do that anymore. I was basically told that I was mistaken and that is not what she said. Um, I have listened to it over and over and over again.
This has been a nightmare, and one made of hundreds of dollars in my opinion, they have gotten there money, but what I can see that they have gotten out of my account, the original $260, but they say I still owe $260.
I cannot stop the madness, if I were rich enough to pay my bank $100 a week in bank charges I would not have gotten involved with the likes of these people. I just need to know, is this what is happening to others? Are they hitting your bank account twice everytime. Help me please, understand?
