Wachovia acts in bad faith by debiting largest transactions first, maximizing overdraft fees or unavailable funds

Wachovia has penalized me for numerous overdrafts, on some occasions, charging my account over $400, or $35 per overdraft, and throwing it over $400 in the red just last month. I am now behind on my bills and trying to catch up on my mortgage because of this crooked scheme of making money off of the poor. Wachovia has a practice of posting charges to bank accounts in such a way as to maximize overdraft fees, even at times when the actual funds in the account are sufficient to cover the transaction including posting to an account charges that pass through the bank in the course of a single day in order of the largest amount to the smallest, even when larger charges occur days after smaller charges. They also include purposely delaying and rearranging the posting of transactions to accounts and assessing overdraft fees even when sufficient funds was in my account to cover debits as they come through. When I go online, I see that I have the funds available but when I call and try to go by what they are showing me through my "online banking, it totally differs. I have had a representative tell me "don't go by what I see on the internet. Well, what is the purpose of them having "online banking" if you can't trust that they have the accurate information in front of you when you log in. I want to see what they see, not what they will allow me to see. This has caused great strain in my life and has caused me to fall deeper and deeper behind in my bills.
