I called Netquote to buy leads from them for marketing purposes and the agent told me that these particular leads were used by many agents who were making lots of money on them. They promised that if I signed a contract for 90 days, that they would give me so many free leads. Well the free leads were leads that in my state, there was nothing we could do with, becuase of the age on them. When I called NETQUOTE to talk to them and tell them that every single free lead was within this particular age group, they started to argue with me and tell me that wasn't so. I challenged them to look at my account, and explained to them why these leads could not be worked in my particular state, and that I wasn't willing to pay any amount of money for leads that weren't even leads, and that the agent who I signed up with NEVER specified such. I told them I wanted out of the contract if they couldn't change this, and they wouldn't budge. They were rude, and didn't care, and didn't offer any options until the very last where they said they would change the zip code whereby there weren't hardly any leads there. For a company that boasts that they are one of the, if not the biggest and best lead company out there - they stunk. And to top it off, their customer service stunk worst than their leads! I wouldn't buy. 50 leads from this company, when there are so many other companies that are out there that are willing to work with you and promise you what you were offered. As sales people, we face up and down times, and work hard for our money, not to have it go to a lead company with reps that can't tell the whole truth.
