Usaa
Money transfers from midai

Okay, here is the deal:

Usaa deposited $800 into my wife and i's account. I immediately called them to find out where the money came from. They could not tell me and said that there was nothing deducted from personal account. My wife spent the money and then usaa changed their mind. They said that i had set up an online payment and it didnt charge me for it till now. I looked at my online bill pay and there was no such document. As a responsible adult i told them i would take full financial responsibily because my wife had spent the money that we believed was from her mother at the time. I set the now negative account to be paid in increment of $150 on the first and fifteenth of the month. I paid for two months. No problems. I was paying it off. I called to pay my wife's credit off. I had told them to pay $500 (since that is the credit limit) and that would eliminate any and all bills my wife had. (i'm in iraq, i dont know exactly what she buys.) they paid off the negative balance which know puts me in a financial pickle because i spent over my budget. Why cant people listen when you ask something.

I understand responsibility but usaa has made it really difficult on me financialy. I was told by the representative that i, "was financially irresponsible and that i should be better at paying my bills and that i was too young to be raising kids!" i politely asked to speak to her manager and i was told to "go / procreate / myself" and was put on hold for 36 mins before i was hung up on. Yeah i waited and i filed a complaint. Usaa is a good bank but their customer service is not up to par.
