I have been writing to any and ever agency I can think of. The one thing I have noticed in doing so is that they don't seem to get it. They don't get the fact that all of us have been lied to by HomEq and others like them. Everyone needs to make that a focal point when complaining to any agency. The lies that HomEq uses to keep us from correcting the problem. Yes, the loans we got into are bad. Our broker lied to us about our loan also. I will never again talk to anyone at HomEq by telephone again unless the call is taped.in my state I have to notify them that they are being taped and if they do not agree to this I will end the call and everything will be done on paper, in writing. If they have nothing to hide they should not mind being taped. Please everyone on this sight keep sending your complaints to the FTC and whatever other agency's you can. Just make sure you stress to them that it's all about the LIES!
