Hidden fees, bad customer service!

Count me in! Generate Financial has to function as the total worst organization that I've actually handled! I've just had financing together since March 07 but have previously had a lot of issues. I never received my initial declaration and so I thought that my first vehicle cost was due in April and never March. I began receiving calls, 2-3 each day. I advised them that I never obtained my declaration and questioned easily might make 2 incomplete funds since I have hadnot allocated for this. They stated that was not feasible which I'd to pay for the overdue balance entirely. Therefore, evidently I'm likely to be thirty days behind on my mortgage for that next 5 years. And of course the truth that each time I create a cost I've to pay for an additional $10-$15 due to their "costs". The client service is terrible. To begin with, I can't recognize one individual that works there. No body speaks English... NO BODY!!! With no one appears to understand what they're doing. After I was attempting to negotiate the above mentioned problem I had been about the telephone for over one hour 5 being moved from individual to individual. I'd like to assist consider the corporation along!!
