I obtained a notice of debt collection from Tiburon Financial LLC and that I am arguing the credibility of the “so-called” debt. The Acai Berries Wind item was never obtained. I requested the allegedly “Free Test Offer” for $4.95 on September 21st so when the $4.95 turned up on my March 13 charge card record, with explanation of “Two Action Fat 800-380-9957” (which is really a differnet title on the internet site where I requested the merchandise. I easily named the organization and advised the individual I had been speaking with, that used to do not get the item. The individual, stated they'd deliver it again and that I stated “No, please stop my order” They allegedly did that for me personally. I still haven't obtained the product and don’t want to buy. I had been truly amazed to get a debt-collection notice from Tiburon financial 7 weeks later. Every other organization might have delivered a cost demand or declaration several weeks before. Two-step Fat has my tackle and e-mail, but didn't inform me of any cost due. I called Tiburon on April 24th, after I obtained the notice from their store and talked having a consultant and questioned the state. I subsequently dug-out my March 13 charge card record and named “Two Action Fat “ and talked to Calvin, detailing this problem. I continued point and discovered several characters from others which have had this same expertise. Appears like scam in my experience. I'm processing a using the Better Business Institution and USPS, as this appears like email scam in my experience.
