Poor customer service

I've lately dropped behind on my funds, I am still producing them-but I've been overdue, because of dropping my career and needing to move to a different condition so I could work. I have approached Westlake Financial Solutions many times to consult with financing therapist so I - can create some type of preparations and also to tell them what's happening. The one thing that I Have been informed to complete would be to "call-back about the 1st of the month." I ask the first of the month, but still don't receive any aid. I'm informed that my cost is overdue and that I have to spend immediately! Well, I understand that, that's why I'm calling. The characters that I receive from Westlake Financial provides a telephone number to some loan therapist if you want support along with your mortgage. The telephone number is just a fax point and that Iam unable to talk to an individual. Customer support is really rude! No body may I would like to talk to financing therapist or prepared to assist or provide any solutions. I am being threatened to possess my vehicle repossessed. I actually donot understand what else to complete. Westlake Financial's site is a whole lot worse. It isn't user friendly at-all! All I do want to do is consult with financing therapist and obtain back on the right track with creating my funds. Exactly why is Westlake Financial not prepared to assist?
