You'd got to pay! We don't have record but we do have the bill

On sep 18 i receved a mail from NSA stating that i owe Field&Stream $10. I was confuse because i never order anything on that website. However, i still try to make that payment (cuz i don't want them to put me on collection), but i can't get contact with them neither by phone nor website. All i'd got is the bill for $10???
