Send collection letters for a bill that has already been paid

I have subcribed to Time Out Kids for about 2 years now with no probelms. I always pay my subcription online on their website. Now I'm getting letters from North Shore Agency claiming that my subcription is deliquent. I've tried to call: the extention number is invalid. I've sent letters with my copy of payment and yet I am still getting letter demanding payment. I'm so over this!
