I have a big complaint about Union Bank of California. I am a single disabled mother on SSI.in September I opened an account with Union Bank and have had nothing but problems with them. I have my check directly deposited into this account and every month I have all of these overdraft fees as well as daily fees when my account is over drawn. I have asked them to deny any debits if the money is not in the account yet that hasn't happened. I have also received a letter advising me that someone has stolen my idenity, so I dont't know if this has any thing to do with it. Do to this problem, I have lost my place to live and soon to be homeless, I also have a child to feed. CAN YOU HELP ME??? Please let me know what I need to do.
