I was contacted by James Traveeno of Borland Funding Source. I applied online for a personal loan at 2nd chance.com. I was notified I was approved for the $ 5000.00 loan two weeks after I applied. I was told to secure my loan by paying 6 months of payments, $ 945.00. I sent the money to Patrica Lestwich in Ajak, ON., Canada via Money Gram. My loan was to be posted in 24 hours. It never came! I called and there was misinformation on my application. Therefore, I was to send another 6 months of payments. I ask for a refund. I was told there would be a 36% fee on the return and it would take 3 weeks! Now, the numbers are no longer in service.
