I never, ever sign up for autoshipments. Somehow in the small print this company claims that when I ordered the first shipment of pills is produces, I signed on for an autoshipment, auto-charged basis.
I was mystified when I received a second bottle of pills, charging my card $70. I returned the shipment immediately, but was told later that they had a no-refund policy. This is a sham. It is a rip off.
It is deceptive advertising and very bad business. It is a way for the Company to double it's profit from you, perhaps knowing that you would not purchase a second bottle after trying the first.
I would like to be part of any class action suit that is launched, and I am alerting the California Attorney General about this as well.
