They bought my loan from amerquest which had a 8% fixed rate and upped it to a 11.5% and it took over 2 years for them to correct but in that time the payment they gave was to high to pay on. Now inforcleosure

Ocwen bought our morgage from amerquest at a fixed 8% interest rate. They than proceed to change our fixed rate to a varied rate at 11.5%. We were unable to afford the payment at that rate and now are in forclosure because it took over 2 years before they finally switched it back to a 8% fixed rate.By that time the damages had alreadfy been done both finacially and emoitionaly.
