On 3/22/07 I refinanced my loan. World Savings had just gone out of business and Homecommings Financial took over. They raised my interest rate from 6% to 7.75. On 3/22/07 I refinanced with B&J Financial in Los Angeles. The intrest rate was 2.605%. The loan was bought by BSM Financial on 4/4/07. The interst rate went to 5.430%.in both cases the monthly payment remained the same for the first 60 months and did not change substantialy until 2014. Aurora Loan Services raised the rate to 7.75% with the minimum payment slightly more than the fixed payment that I had with B&J and BSM except that their payment didn't include principal or interest and they are adding on to my principal balance. I can't afford to pay $3,900 a month and would not have qualified for such a loan if I had applied for it. I have all the paperwork so let them take me to court and explain to the judge why the transactions with B&J and BSM are not refected in my credit report or on my record with the county.
