This company strong-armed us into buying into their travel company. They gauranteed that if we didn't like the program, we could get a full refund. When we got the program, many words were misspelled in their documentation. We figured if they couldn't even spellcheck their documents, they were not the company we wanted representing us to others.
We sent the products back at once by certified mail, thank goodness. They claimed they had never gotten everything back. This was in February!
They still are disputing the refund even though we have full documentation that we returned everything. Now they do not return our calls and avoid us.
We are FED UP!!! We are going on 7 months of fighting with them but somehow, we will win. I don't know how yet. I would like to know if others have had problems with this same company. Thank you.
