I fell for the line about selling this "great" vitamin and ordered the full line—over $200 which I did not even ask to be refunded; however within the first 60 days which was in April, I decided they seemed to be more interested in the business and not the "vitamin" and decided I did not wish to be a part of it. I requested my refund which they said would be made within 30 - 60 days—that was in April.
I have called and spoke with people each month that it did not appear on my statement. Each time I was told it was coming and sorry for the delay... Now in August I have tried to reach several people at the phone numbers I have. They are either busy or their voice mail is full and the main number says they are currently closed even though they state their hours as 8:00am to 4:45 pm, Pacific time. They have the same recording and no possibility to leave a message.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I am 60 years old, disabled and alone and was counting on receiving this refund to pay the taxes on my home. If this is not possible I really don't know what I will do.
Please advise if there are steps I can take to get these people arrested and see if those who have been lied to and cheated can recoup any or all of their money.
