Was never told when first pymt was due until after due date, then was charged 90.00, received email after took 90.00 fr checking acct ripoff

I wanted a cash loan real quick so I entered all info on the site; however the email confirmation was recieved after they took the 90.00 fee fr my checking acct; I have since then closed it; I would like to reimbursed for this scammmm!

This is bs!!! The cash was put in but the 90.00 was taken out even before I got an acct summary in which I discovered they had took the 90 and I never knew when it was due. They said in the beginning on the website that u could pay down by 50.00 each month; yeah right 90.00 each month and this doesnt even come off the principal amt! Who in the hell gives them the right to take advantage of consumers like this! I want to be reimbursed for 390.00 for all the sh* they put me through!

I called customer service and the lady was put the "R" in rude and was real short and cut off the conversation. They also said you have to fax your request to pay off the loan within 3 day of the renewal date; how can you pay it off if u dont know the 1st renewal date??
