Complaint / review text:
I was contacted by Advantage Capital in March of 2002. They explained about the "pay as you go" Mastercard. I told them I was not interested. They charged my account anyway. I was charged a total of $159.90.
I never recieved a "package" and I told them that I wanted a refund for services not rendered. I was tild by several different reps that I would recieve a full refund.
I have yet to see this refund. A woman by the name of "Lacresha" even went as far as to say that she "guaranteed" I would recieve my refund no later than Aug 29th. The 29th has come and gone. I called on the 29th and a woman by the name of Kim said that all deposits are made at midnight. I waited and then called on the 30th and spoke to "Tommy".
Tommy said he would have corp. Contact me by 6P.M. Guess what? I never recieved a call. I called two more times and both times I got "Kim". She said that I would recieve a refund no later than Sept. 9th. I asked her what my next course of action would be when I didn't recieve my money and she stated not to worry, that my refund would be there.
I am waiting, but I have contacted the BBB and the Attny. General's office for the state of Nevada. They are sending out a complanit form. Make sure that you contact the Attny. General and fill out your form. I believew that this company is going down. I'll not rest until it does.
