I ahve been through all of the same things that everyone else here has posted. I can't undertand what is taking so long woth the attorney generals office of northern nevada to take action. I filed a report with the bbb of nevada and recieved a letter from them that they had contacted advantage capital and recieved a letter back from them and that they were promising a refund on a certain date. I never did recieve a refund.
I then e-mailed the bbb back to let them know I never recieved the refund and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. That they would keep it in there records for future use to consumers. My local attorney generals office got my money back from ephone and another company and even got me money back on returned checks. But it is not in there jurisdiction to do anything in Nevada. I am in the process of filing with the nevada att general office.
With all these complaints something should be invetigated. It is honestly not the money now it is the purpose and the point that this company needs to be shut down. There is talk of class action law suites but someone needs to get the ball rolling for that to go anywhere. Keeping trying and file suits with the attorney generals office of nevada the more complants they get the better.
