Recieved a letter on 8/17/07 stating they were collecting a debt from Sears. I know it had been many years since I had a Sears card.in fact almost 25 years!!! When I stated this Mr. Fuller told me I had to pay it anyway. Over $600!! I can't do this! I thought after 7 years it was all negated and it has been 26 years! Where do thry come up with this??
