Merchants Credit Guide
Ripoff, fraud, lies about a 15 year old debt

I recieved a call from Merchants Credit Guide.
The company claims that I have a debt to pay on a credit card that is 15 years old.

I had made a settlement to The credit card company way back in 1991 for a flat payment. Credit merchants Guide is saying that I never made any payment at all.

Merchants Credit Guide is trying to make me pay double on this debt. I feel that this is unfair and unjust. I told Merchants Credit Guide that I wanted to check into this further and they in turn gave me a very hard time. I have the Address of the Archives Department to request this information.

Of course Merchants Credit Guide is trying to black ball this situation and they do not want me to check this out at all.

The person I spoke to over at Merchants Credit Guide, His name is Chris Jones and His supervisiors name is James Church.

I am not happy at all with this situation. This is harassment and I will be taking this matter to a Lawyer.
