I searched google for a loan company that spealized in lending to people with bad credit. Bowerland financial lending group was on the site. I entered my information and someone called me about two weeks later. The loan agent's name is James Trevino. Mr. Trevino informed me that this company approved for a 5,000 loan. He then sent me six pages of a loan agreement and advised me that I would have to secure the loan with the first five monthly payments.
I wired them $790.00 after speaking with the so called supervisor, Thomas Michelli. I never recieved the loan and they took my money. I explained that this money was the only money I had and they guaranteed me the funds would be in my account in twenty-four hours. It never happened.
Mr. Trevino then called me to advise that he made a mistake and that I had to pay another five loan payments to secure the loan before the funds would be deposited. When I explained that I did not have that kind of money and that I would just like a refund of the original five payments I sent, (790.00), he became very beligirent and cursed me and told me I would not get my money back and then proceeded to hang up on me.
After several attempts to reason with him on several different calls, I got absolutely no place. This person or persons working together stole the last little bit of money that I had and laughed about it.
Please warn people not to fall for this scam. I feel so violated I can not even begin to express. This company and its so called loan agents must be stopped. I do not know where to go at this point. Please help.
