Bank of america totally screwed over my grandma and aunt they let someone use there bank card info. For any product they wanted. Started with my aunt some woman got her info because she got car insurance and she used it to buy stuff victoria's secret of all places. She made a police report and everything and has yet to be refunded for that. They continued on with her stuff and moved on to my grandmothers account and bought food and what not with her card some how. Lucky for her that she is in the process of getting dentures so there was no way she could have done that because she had no teeth at the time still doesn't she should be getting them soon.
So they gave her some of her money back but then it got taken again along with her SSI money which is all she has because she is retired and can't work. Now she got a new account some where else but needs to get her money back. It' not fair she didn't do any of that stuff and they seem to not care. They tried to put the blame on my aunt which is pointless and sad because she wouldn't do that to her. Now she needs legal help all she wants is her money back. She filed police reports and everything and the bank is taking it's sweet time to give her money back. Just fill it's not right she is unable to pay her bills because of this and that is so wrong. They should do the right thing.
