Bank Claims Aunt Has Not Paid Since 2008 After Misplacing Payments

Yes I have a problem. I have a aunt who's with bank of america. She's been paying her bills faithfully to bank of america

They claim she hasn't paid her bills since 2008. How is that so? If she hasn't paid that long why is she still in her home? They claim they misplaced her payments and she still has to pay what they ask her to. I think it's unfair that BOA a big company lose people payments and claim they can't find it?

Can something be done about this? Is it their fault that my aunt payments were raised because they lacked?

I think Bank of America should be exposed!
