Money withdrawn from account 2000$ was told somebody stole pin number Ripoff

I put 3000 dallars in the account and when i came back to with draw the bank told me that someone got my pin and with drew the money from the account i asked them what happened they didnt tell me who or why they just told me that someone got my pin hows that possible to lose money without giving a authorization
