Money Withdrawn From Account After Bank Said Someone Got My PIN

I put 3000 dollars in the account and when I came back to with draw the bank told me that someone got my pin and with drew the money from the account I asked them what happened they didnt tell me who or why they just told me that someone got my pin hows that possible to lose money without giving a authorization
