Yes we have made mistakes in our past.
We have missed payments when my husband lost his job that is our fault but we have filed bankruptsy so we could keep our house and thats been a little over a year.
Since May of last year countrywide has said we missed a payment so then we had to start all over but since we entered into a new agreement they have triied to kick us out of bankruptsy twice this year and also stated that we owed for back escrow but we are paying our back escrow through the bankruptsy so in my eyes they we triing to get more money then they were owed and we proved that.
We have not missed a payment in a year but they have said we are two months behind my bankruptsy lawyer has done all of this work for us but is about to start charging us for filing these rebuttals even though we have proven our cases on all three of these faulse statments.
I dont blame my lawyer because it is not his fault that countrywide cant keep there books straight and i asked my lawyer if he could charge countrywide with his fees because if we were the ones at fault we have to pay there lawyer fees but as my lawyer stated its in the contract that if we are at fault we have to pay but he has never seen them have to pay.
Well isnt it time that we make them pay if they are the ones bringing faulse accusations against people and the stress and time they make us put into all of this just so we can keep our house.
