I am too a victim of this compnay! Ripoff

I read a prior report about this company and have been trying to find away to fight this comapny. What makes it so bad is that I am GM employee and Homecomings is owned by GM. That has not mattered a bit in how they have handled things. I need help. Can anyone provide me with the info for the NY attorney that is handling the class action suit?
