Ripoff Removed money from my credit card with out permission or being given number took from old orde

We ordered a phone from At&t, we received the phone with in a few weeks the phone no longer worked, we called to have a didfferent one sent ot us, the women stated she would send out a new phone and we would receive a return lable within 10 days. We had to pay 52.50 for the first phone which would be returned to us in a rebate the information was soppose to be inthe box with the phone (1st one) it was not. I called several different departments to get the information. When the 2nd phone arrived we set it up and waited for the return slip to show up, 3 days later our account was charged another 52.50. I did not give her permmision to take any oment our of our account, nor did I give her my account number this only could have been taken for the past order. Since I did not know this noney was to be taken out we now are in the negative in our account and are accuiring late fees. My account would not have been over drawn if it had not been fro them removing 52.50 without permsiion, now it is turning into an angring cyce of late fees and return fees. I spoke tot he compay to try to get them to put the money back however they jus bumped me betweet department to department, I asked to speak, to a supervisor in each department I spoke to and was tokld they could not help me and they would past mme to the deparmten that would help me, which was customer service on 3 separate transfers, e-store dept., warrenty dept., 2nd dary-sales, dept and back to the e-sorte dept. All of whom said the other departmens should have helped me, finally they said they would only return the money when they got the 1st phone back, put to theer surprises a return lable had never been issued. They now say one has been, But I still have not been given back my 52.50, I am accuring more an more fees as we go.
This money shouldnbot have been taken frommy account inthe first place, I did not give nayone any permmsiion to do so, nor did I give anyone my account number. Please let me know if you can help with this matter, I specn t over 100 mineuts ont he phone with thm today and I fianlly gave up. Thank you Rebecca Wyman
