Plaisades Collection, LLC taken over a Verizon Phone Bill for $5,712.72. They send me bills that I owe $ 5,712.52 Internet

This is about a Creditor Company Palisades Collection, ILLC that is acting on behalf of Verizon Phone Company alleging that I owe $ 5,712.52 which is a complete rip off. I could never have accrued this amount and have not used Verizon since 1998. My Credit Report also indicates that this is not possible.

We do not answer the phone and let it go to voice mail for harassing calls from creditors. Palisades Collection took over from another company ARROW and it is just the same.

I have tried to tell them this is not mine but it has fallen on empty ears. But to make up the allegation that I owe this ungodly amount to this company which I have not used in years.
