I canceled the free trial right after I signed up and got a confirmation number for my cancelation. I never received anything from them but my bank account was charged 89.97 ripoff internet

I got a free trial period and changed my mind right after I signed up for it and canceled the membership. I got a cancelation number and never received anything from them but my bank account was just charged 89.97 after 4 wks. I called the bank and in order to do anything I have to block the use on my account and they will investigate it but in the mean time I can't use my account. This is a bunch of crap.
